Bourns, Inc. acquired more than 95 percent of Rakon Limited shares through a takeover offer effective 8 May 2026. Rakon will join Bourns as its fifth division, the Bourns Timing Division, and will continue to operate under the Rakon name.

US tariffs update
Rakon advises that it does not anticipate a material impact from the US tariffs announced yesterday on its full year results for the 2025 financial year, which ended 31 March 2025. The company is currently working to fully understand how the new US tariffs will be implemented and the implications for its business.
